Domestic US Shipping
Enjoy free USPS Ground Shipping on orders of $50 or more within the contiguous United States. For orders under $50, ground shipping is available for a flat rate of $6. All ground orders are shipped via USPS.
While most orders ship within a few days, please allow up to 10 business days for processing, as each piece is handmade with care.

International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since these fees vary by country and item, we cannot provide an estimate. For specific information, please contact your local customs office.
We understand that international shipping can be costly, and we recommend grouping orders with friends or family to split the shipping costs when possible.

Return Policy
Domestic Orders Only:
At ISLY NYC, we want you to love every piece you own from us. However, if you receive a damaged item or need to return an eligible item, we’re here to help.
Damaged Items
If an item is damaged upon receipt, please email us at help@islynyc.com within 14 days of receiving your order, along with photos of the damage. We will work with you on either a replacement or return.
Eligible Returns
For eligible returns, we offer the option to return or exchange certain items. Please note the following:
- Return Shipping: We will provide a return label.
- Inspection and Fees: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will be processed minus the original shipping, return shipping, and a $5 restocking fee per item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items—such as earrings—are not eligible for return. Additionally, any item marked down or on sale is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
