  1. Eligibility: Must be 18+ and located in the US to qualify.
  2. Entry Methods: Share to stories and tag @islynyc in it, like this post, tag 3 friends in comments, Follow us.
  3. Entry Period: 10:20AM EST May 6,2024- May 8, 2024 Midnight PST
  4. Winner Selection: One winner will be chosen at random and 
  5. Notification: Winner will be notified via DM by @islynyc and on our Stories within 24 hours of the giveaway closing.
  6. Verification: ISLY NYC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners and disqualify any entries or participants that do not meet the requirements.
  7. Prize Details: Total MSRP value of $430: the winner will receive one pair of Pride Demon Eye Glasses, one Rainbow Lanyard and one Rainbow Bead Necklace.
  8. Publicity Rights: ISLY NYC reserves the right to use the names, likenesses, and other information for publicity purposes related to the giveaway.
  9. Taxes and Fees: There are no taxes or fees to enter or win this giveaway.
  10. Release of Liability: In consideration of participating in the ISLY NYC Giveaway, I hereby release and discharge ISLY NYC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way related to my participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded. I understand and acknowledge that participation in the giveaway involves certain risks and that I am solely responsible for my actions. By participating, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless ISLY NYC from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation. I further agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. This release shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. I have read this release and fully understand its contents.
